Verizon completed the acquisition of Senion.

Verizon, an American wireless network operator, completed the acquisition of Senion, a location-responsive solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Senion was created with the vision that one day our sensor fusion technology would allow for precise positioning for anyone and anything, at anytime.
