Epiris, an independent private equity manager, agreed to acquire Sharps, a supplier of fitted bedroom furniture, from Sun European Partners, a private investment advisory firm, for £150m (c.$198m). “Sharps is the leader in a market which offers strong long-term growth prospects beyond the boom it is currently enjoying.
