RESA Power to acquire Crews Electrical Testing.

RESA Power, a provider of power systems services and life extension solutions for power distribution equipment, agreed to acquire Crews Electrical Testing, a company specializing in low and medium voltage electrical equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have long respected CET as a high quality provider of NETA services. We are thrilled to have them join the RESA team!
