Mabuchi Motors to acquire Electromag Motors.

Mabuchi Motors, a small electric motors manufacturer, to acquire Electromag Motors, a development and manufacturing of brushless BLDC motors company. Financial terms are not disclosed. This transaction will benefit to Electromag, which will be backed by a powerful partner and be able to consider new opportunities in high-volume applications. Electromag will also leverage on Mabuchi’s expertise in mass production and strong worldwide sales force.
