Ke Liming, a private investor, completed the acquisition of HengTen Networks, aholding company principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of accessories, from Evergrande, an integrated residential property developer, for $570m. Evergrande Group sold stakes in its internet unit to ease funding pressure.
