BDT Capital to acquire a 10.7% stake in Brunswick Group at $698m valuation.

BDT Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 10.7% stake in Brunswick Group, a public relations company, at a $698m valuation. BDT will get a non-executive director seat on Brunswick’s board as part of the deal and Brunswick plans to set aside $25m for a cash distribution to members of the company.
