Trailer Solutions Group to acquire trailer solutions business of MaxiTrans.

Synopsis

Trailer Solutions Group, an Australian based privately owned company, agreed to acquire trailer solutions business of MaxiTrans, a semi-trailer manufacturer and supplier of truck and trailer parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “What we are announcing today creates two simplified and more focused businesses,” Dean Jenkins, MaxiTRANS Managing Director and CEO.
