Synopsis

Edit

ReLife, an Italian-based recycling hub, agreed to acquire Plastipoliver, a manufacturer of plastic products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the industrial production of plastic and cardboard packaging, the Group acquires excellent know-how and the innovative spirit of companies that have always been points of reference in their fields of activity. These are only the first steps of a long-term growth project that will be consolidated over the next few years. The circular economy is the strategic factor in the broader national economic framework and it is fundamental for a growing reality such as ours to have adequate structures and a company organization within the reach of the challenges to be faced," Marco Benfante, ReLife Group Administrator.
