Barry Callebaut completed the acquisition of Europe Chocolate Company.

The Barry Callebaut Group, a manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, completed the acquisition of Europe Chocolate Company, a manufacturer of chocolate specialties and decorations. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to close this acquisition and very happy to welcome the ECC team to the Barry Callebaut family.
