Lifco, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Next Hydraulics, a manufacturer of telescopic cranes. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The transition found further motivation thanks to the strong thrust of the LIFCO group to strategically invest in our sector worldwide," Next Hydraulics.
