UI Investissement, an investor, completed the acquisition of Rossignol, a company specializing in cleaning and hygiene solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Rossignol relies on the skills of around a hundred employees and an efficient sales organization. The company has also succeeded in differentiating itself by offering new ranges of more technical, aesthetic, customizable and always competitive products.
