Evergreen Services Group to acquire VirtualArmour.

Evergreen Services Group, a group of IT services companies, agreed to acquire VirtualArmour, an information technology company that provides advanced network and cybersecurity solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "From our first interaction, we were impressed by Russ, the VirtualArmour team and the company they have built.
