Mini-Cam completed the acquisition of Dancutter.

Mini-Cam, a manufacturer of remotely operated camera systems and devices, completed the acquisition of Dancutter, a manufacturer of flexible robotic cutting solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re delighted to welcome the Dancutter team to Mini-Cam and are really excited about the joint opportunities that this acquisition brings.
