Agrifarma to acquire Maxi Zoo Italia from Fressnapf.

Agrifarma, a shop operator that offer pet food and care products, agreed to acquire Maxi Zoo Italia, a producer and distributor of animal feeds, from Fressnapf, a holding company. Financial terms are not disclosed. Agrifarma doing business as Arcaplanet, owns and operates shops and offers pet food and care products. The Company retails dry and wet food, toys, pesticides, medical accessories, supplements, dog clothing and brushes, bowls for cat, and indoor nests. Arcaplanet serves customers in Italy.
