Dover-backed Markem-Imaje completed the acquisition of Blue Bite for $24m.

Dover-backed Markem-Imaje, a global manufacturer and distributor of specialized traceability, variable data and product identification equipment, completed the acquisition of Blue Bite, a developer of a product development platform, for $24m. “Our mission is to improve lives by connecting people and information through the physical world.
