Private equity firm NewQuest Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Cosmos-Maya, one of the fastest-growing animation companies in Asia, from Emerald Media, a pan-Asian platform established by KKR to invest in the fast-​growing media and entertainment industries across Asia.
