Stephane Collaert and Laurent Portella to acquire Minelli, a French shoe brand, from Vivarte, French retail company specialized from apparel to footwear and leather goods. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Minelli is a strong and iconic brand that is among the favorites of French women. We are convinced that we will offer it, just as we did for San Marina, development prospects to match its ambitions.
