Votorantim Cimentos completed the acquisition of Cementos Balboa from KKR.

Votorantim Cimentos, a cement company, completed the acquisition of Cementos Balboa, an operator of a cement plant, from KKR. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction, which I am pleased to announce today, exemplify our growth and positioning strategy in Spain, strengthening our current footprint in the country," Marcelo Castelli, Votorantim Cimentos Global CEO.
