MBA Investeeringud, a pollution and recycling services provider, completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in EKT Group, a waste management services provider, from BaltCap, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The strategic backing of BaltCap enabled us to expand activities of EKT, providing necessary resources and know-how. We are thankful to BaltCap for the partnership,” Argo Luude, EKT Co-Owner and CEO.
