Clauger, an industrial refrigeration and air treatment company, agreed to acquire the industrial refrigeration operations in Spain and Italy from GEA, a supplier of systems for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction, Clauger will deliver compelling value to our customers while also gaining the opportunity to accelerate the execution of long-term strategies.
