Clauger to acquire GEA’s industrial refrigeration operations.

Clauger, an industrial refrigeration and air treatment company, agreed to acquire the industrial refrigeration operations in Spain and Italy from GEA, a supplier of systems for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this transaction, Clauger will deliver compelling value to our customers while also gaining the opportunity to accelerate the execution of long-term strategies. Clauger will continue to grow in the industrial refrigeration and air treatment sectors and develop new services and areas of expertise in the future, such as energy optimization and process, gas, and efficiency projects. “We are pleased to have found a solid buyer with family-owned group Clauger.
