Omnes-backed Biofutur completed the acquisition of Laboratoire Bonhoure.

Omnes-backed Biofutur, an operator of a chain of medical laboratories in France, completed the acquisition of Laboratoire Bonhoure, an operator of a medical and diagnostic laboratory. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of this site enables Biofutur to strengthen its regional coverage in the south of the Seine-et-Marne area. The newly acquired laboratory, led by Dr Xavier Bonhoure, sees on average 300 patients per day and employs 25 people, and has an annual turnover of over €3m.
