HAL completed the acquisition of a 64% stake in Pro Gamers Group for €525m from Gilde Buy Out Partners.

HAL, an international holding company, completed the acquisition of a 64% stake in Pro Gamers Group, a vertically integrated, digitally native one​-stop-supplier for high-end performance gaming computer systems, for €525m ($626m) from Gilde Buy Out Partners. The completion of the transaction is subject to conditions customary for transactions of this nature, including approval by the relevant competition authorities.
