Sovos, a global tax software provider, completed the acquisition of PetaPilot, a provider of digital transformation services for tax purposes, and Saphety, a provider of compliant e-invoicing services to governments and companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As Saphety joins Sovos, we will offer customers and partners an extended compliance function for sending electronic invoices to procurement platforms without having to monitor or adjust to varying local regulations and standards frameworks,” Rui Fontoura, Sovos Vice President.
