OMERS-backed Forefront Dermatology completed the acquisition of Sperling Dermatology.

OMERS Private Equity-backed Forefront Dermatology, a dermatology group practice, completed its acquisition of Sperling Dermatology, a board-certified dermatologist. Financial terms were not disclosed.
