Lazarus to acquire Stena Components.

Lazarus, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Stena Components, a supplier of customized steel components and advanced workshop expertise. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are actively looking for well-positioned companies with a strong customer offering, but where profitability has previously been limited, where we as a new and very active principal owner can contribute to reversing the development. Stena Components matches our criteria perfectly.
