Prima Care, a primary care company, completed the acquisition of a Swedish primary care business of G Square-backed Unicare, a healthcare and care service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Unicare Sweden, the group’s Swedish subsidiary, operates 11 registered primary care clinics across 14 locations in southern and central Sweden with more than 100k listed patients as well as an occupational health business serving corporate customers.
