PGGM, a cooperative pension investor, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Autoroute de Liaison Seine Sarthe, a concession company that focuses on finance, design, construction and operation, from SANEF, a motorway operator company in France, and SAPN, a company that specializes in the manufacturing of adhesives and sealants. Financial terms are not disclosed. Autoroute de Liaison Seine Sarthe is a French company that operates the 125km, 2x2 lane tolled motorway between Rouen and Alencon under a 62-year operations concession contract granted by the French State and maturing in December 2067.
