SCG Packaging to acquire Deltalab from Talde Private Equity and Espiga Capital.

SCG Packaging, a provider of packaging services and solutions, agreed to acquire Deltalab, a manufacturer and distributor of single-use labware, from two private equity firms Talde Private Equity and Espiga Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition is part of the global megatrends, such as preventive health care and the aging of society, which require an increasing number of laboratory diagnostic tests.
