Byggfakta-backed Olmero agreed to acquire INFO-TECHNO, a provider for digital management of construction projects in Austria, from WH WEKA, a partner for groundbreaking specialist information. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am truly convinced that Byggfakta Group is the optimal new home for INFO-TECHNO.
