Explorer Investments, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Micronipol, a provider of plastic recycling services intended to reduce impact of plastic waste on the environment. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction is part of the Explorer IV Fund's investment strategy, which aims to invest capital in leading companies operating in sectors with high growth capacity, maintaining a focus on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) standards.
