Intertek to acquire 2 sites of Apras Sicea France.

Intertek, a total quality assurance provider, agreed to acquire 2 sites of Apras Sicea France, a provider of inspection and testing services of petroleum and related products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be selling both sites to the Intertek family.
