Bergerat Monnoyeur completed the acquisition of Chrono Flex from Inov-on.

Bergerat Monnoyeur, the provider of the profession, recognized for the professionalism of its employees and shared human values, completed the acquisition of Chrono Flex, a hydraulic hose specialist, from Inov-on. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For the first time, we’re acquiring a company with an activity that complements our service offering across several business segments, for our clients in construction, public works, industry, logistics and agricultural machines. In all these activities, hydraulic hoses are vital components for the proper functioning of machines, and one of the main causes of breakdown. They need regular preventive maintenance and have to be repaired in a very short time to ensure business continuity," Philippe Monnoyeur, Groupe Monnoyeur CEO.
