Dover-backed PSG to acquire Dositec Sistemas.

Dover-backed PSG, a global pump and dispensing solution expert and manufacturer of pumps, systems and related flow-control technology, agreed to acquire Dositec Sistemas, a manufacturer of dispensing systems focusing on laundry, food service and commercial cleaning. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition strengthens PSG and Hydro Systems as it enhances our product development capabilities and enables us to support more of our customers around the globe.
