Dansk Ejerkapital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in EICO.

Dansk Ejerkapital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in EICO, a distributor of cooking hoods, kitchen appliances and other products for kitchen and bath. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have reached our goal after a very professional, streamlined and safe process. Safe is a small word with a great meaning. I have allowed myself to feel safe with things I was not all familiar with and I have felt supported in this collaboration. Clearwater has been good at guiding and explaining, without me having to dive into the smallest comma so we could continue operating our business. I had an assumption that it would be somewhat stiffer and more formal but it has been straightforward with good chemistry all round. We have found a match in Dansk Ejerkapital; it matches our DNA – also on a human level. This allows us to sit behind the wheel but also feel challenged constructively at the same time.
