Eurizon Capital completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in GSA from Armonia for $207m.

Eurizon Capital, an asset management company, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Gruppo Servizi Associati, an Italian operator in the field of fire prevention, from Armonia, an Italian independent asset management company, for $207m. The transaction is expected to close by early September 2021.
