Nestle Health Science-backed Vitaflo to acquire Mevalia and ComidaMed from Dr.Schär.

Nestle Health Science-backed Vitaflo agreed to acquire Mevalia, a provider of food products with low protein content, and ComidaMed, a provider of therapeutic products against inborn errors of protein metabolism and cow's milk allergy, from Dr.Schär. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dr. Schär has been developing products for special nutritional needs for almost 100 years, combining special, complex dietary requirements with great taste and quality profiles.
