Fremman Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in The Natural Fruit Company, a fruit wholesaler, from GPF Capital, a provider of capital and strategic support to Spanish SMEs, and Blacklabel Investments, a local investment company, for $353m. “We are thrilled with the opportunity ahead.
