Colisée and Vivalto Vie to acquire care facilities from Korian.

Colisée, a key player in the global health care and old-age dependency sector, and Vivalto Vie, a financial services company, agreed to acquire care facilities from Korian, the European care services group for elderly and fragile people. Financial terms were not disclosed. The two groups selected via a demanding process to enter exclusive negotiations have been chosen for their track-record and their commitment to continued high quality of care and HR, including employement guarantees towards employees in all of the sites.
