Pomona-backed Delice & Creation, a distributor and wholesaler of bakery and pastry, completed the acquisition of DGF, a distributor specializing in the supply of raw materials to the bakery, from 21 Invest, Amundi Private Equity Funds and NCI Gestion. Financial terms were not disclosed. With 550 employees, DGF is the third player in the French market for the distribution of raw materials to craftsmen and the leader in exports with a presence in 75 countries.
