Intermediate Capital Group to acquire Iver Holding from EQT Partners.

Intermediate Capital Group, an asset management and private equity firm, agreed to acquire Iver Holding, a partner within multi-cloud solutions in the Nordics, from EQT Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have followed Iver’s growth trajectory for some time and are delighted to announce our partnership today.
