Stenhus Fastigheter completed the acquisition of Södertälje and Ivalo 1.

Stenhus Fastigheter, a real estate company that owns and manages public properties and commercial properties, completed the acquisition of Sextanten 5 and Ivalo 1. Financial terms were not disclosed. The properties comprise a total of approximately 9.9k sqm of lettable area. Both properties are strategically located in the southern and northern part of Stockholm along the E4. "14.3 years with Bilia as a customer means that we strengthen our already strong customer base and expand our position in Stockholm with a well-balanced mix of workshop, warehouse and showroom," Elias Georgiadis, Stenhus Fastigheter CEO.
