Stenhus Fastigheter, a real estate company that owns and manages public properties and commercial properties, completed the acquisition of Sextanten 5 and Ivalo 1. Financial terms were not disclosed. The properties comprise a total of approximately 9.9k sqm of lettable area. Both properties are strategically located in the southern and northern part of Stockholm along the E4.
