Royal Unibrew completed the acquisition of Solera Beverage from Capman Buyout for £75m.

Royal Unibrew, a multi-beverage company, completed the acquisition of Solera Beverage, a beverage group, specializing in imports of wine, spirits, beer and other alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, from Capman, a Nordic private asset expert, for £75m. “I am pleased to welcome Royal Unibrew as a new owner of Solera Group.
