Fremantle to acquire 12 assets from NENT Group.

Fremantle, a British multinational television production and subsidiary of RTL Group, agreed to acquire Strong Productions, Grillifilms, Moskito Television, Production House, Monster, Novemberfilm, One Big Happy Family, Playroom, Rakett, Baluba and Strix Television from NENT Group, a Nordic region entertainment provider. Financial Terms are not disclosed. "This is an exciting opportunity both to grow our presence in the Nordics and embrace a wealth of exceptional new talent into the Fremantle family.
