Fremantle, a British multinational television production and subsidiary of RTL Group, agreed to acquire Strong Productions, Grillifilms, Moskito Television, Production House, Monster, Novemberfilm, One Big Happy Family, Playroom, Rakett, Baluba and Strix Television from NENT Group, a Nordic region entertainment provider.
