Vista Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Power Factors from Oaktree Capital Management.

Vista Equity Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm focused on financing and forwarding software and technology-enabled startup businesses, as well as passive equity investments, completed the acquisition of Power Factors, a provider of renewable energy software, from Oaktree Capital Management, a global alternative investment management firm with expertise in credit strategies.
