Credo Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in two Microsoft-focused IT service companies eSeven and Pilaro. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Pilaro, we are committed to being the best possible business partner for our customers. Our ambitions are high, and we work every day to understand, simplify and develop customers' processes and to increase their profitability. We have large ongoing deliveries and a solid pipeline, so it fits well with extra muscle in the coming period. A larger professional environment and committed new owners will motivate us to deliver the best solutions for our customers. We have high expectations for the collaboration with eSeven and Aimbot and we are really looking forward to getting started," Richard Larsen, Pilaro CEO.
