Gi Group, a multinational HR Solutions company, completed the acquisition of Axxis Interim & Recrutement, Axxis Formation and SES Recrutement. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition allows us to improve our positioning and be even more competitive in France, a country that is very important to us.
