Signicat, a provider of digital identity-management services, completed the acquisition of Electronic IDentification, a developer of a video identification application designed for customer introduction and qualified electronic signatures. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through our long cooperation, we were convinced that eID is a perfect match for us.
