Quilvest and Crédit Mutuel Equity completed the investment in Minafin Group.

Quilvest, a global independent wealth manager and private equity investor, and Crédit Mutuel Equity, a private equity arm of Groupe Crédit Mutuel-CIC, completed the investment in Minafin Group, an active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturer. Andera Partners and Siparex exited the investment.
