Arcline Investment Management, a private equity firm, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Air Comm, a manufacturer of aviation parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. We see tremendous opportunity to expand our core capabilities in MRO, deliver faster turnaround times and create innovative ECS solutions for our customers.
