Huntington Ingalls Industries, a military shipbuilding company, completed the acquisition of Alion Science and Technology, a provider of engineering science and technology solutions, from Veritas Capital, a private equity firm, for $1.65bn. “We established the Technical Solutions division in 2016 with a vision and strategy focused on partnering with our customers to solve their most pressing challenges.
